Concert Announcement:Big Blue Tarp is proud to announce that The Beach Boys will be come to Bethel Woods in 2012. This performance will be part of their 50 date, 50th anniversary reunior tour. The last time that the band has performed together was 20 years ago. The Beach Boys will be performing on June 17, 2012.

Concert Announcement:Big Blue Tarp is proud to announce that the Dave Matthews Band will be returning to Bethel Woods in 2012. DMB last performed at Bethel in 2010, having taken 2011 "off" from touring, the boys of summer are back. DMB will be performing at Bethel on June 30, 2012

Concert Announcement: Bethel Woods announced today that they would be bringing three major country acts to the venue in 2012. The first act Lady Antebellum was announced in the fall of 2011, then taken off the schedule due to a date conflict. The new date for Lady Antebellum is June 13, 2012. The other two acts that will be performing in 2012 will be Brad Paisley with The Band Perry, and Jason Aldean with Luke Bryan. Brad Paisley will be performing August 10, 2012 while Jason Aldean will be performing on August 26, 2012.
The three shows will be going on sale Friday, February 17, 2012 as part of Live Nation's Country Mega Ticket. You will be able to buy tickets to all three shows that will give you the same exact seat for all three shows. This has been a staple of Live Nation venues for a few years now, and has recieved rave reviews.

Concert Announcement: Big Blue Tarp has learned that along with The Dupree's & Jay Siegel's Tokens, The Tymes, The Marcels, John Kuse & The Excellents, and Jimmy Clayton & Linda Jansen of The Angels. All these acts will be performing as part of Bethel Wood's annual Doo-Wop show. This show will take place July 14, 2012. Ticketing information will be announced soon.

Concert Announcement: Jay Siegle's Tokens will be performing on July 14, 2012 at Bethel Woods, If you remember back to the begining of October we announced that The Duprees would be performing on the same date. With todays announcement, it pretty much confirms that July 14th will be the annual show. Check back soon for more information and more acts.

Concert Announcement: According to the official website of Country trio Lady Antebellum, they will be performing at Bethel Woods on June 2, 2012 as part of their Own The Night 2012 World Tour. Ex-Hootie & The Blowfish lead singer Darius Rucker will be accompanying them on the tour.

Posted by Randy Regan on 10/9/11 11:57 PMConcert Announcement: According to the official website of Leo Kottke, the guitarist will be performing in the Events Gallery on April 12, 2012. This is the first announcement for the 2012 season, a very promising start. Along with this annoucement, Big Blue Tarp has found out that The Duprees, a doo-wop band known for their hit song "You Belong To Me" will be performing on July 14, 2012. This makes us believe that this will be the full doo-wop show as opposed to just a performance by The Duprees.
Museum Exhibit Announcement: "This Land Is Your Land" a traveling exhibit the 100th Birthday of Folk Legend Woodie Guthrie will be coming to Bethel from June 1 - August 31. The exhibit is a production from The Grammy Museum which provided 2011's Strange Kozmic Experience.

Concert Announcement:We are pleased to announce that a great, legendary artist who has performed at both Bethel '94 and A Day In The Garden, will be performing at Bethel Woods this August. As part of her In Your Dreams Tour. If you haven't figured it out yet, we are in fact talking about Fleetwood Mac songstress Stevie Nicks. As for a date, we haven't had it confirmed yet but we do know that Bethel Woods has asked volunteers to please step up for a major concert on August 27, 2011.
Bob Dylan is Back with Leon Russell

Concert Announcement: Bob Dylan will be coming back to Bethel Woods this summer. This will be Dylan's third performance with his band at Bethel Woods. This time he is bringing a long the legendary Leon Russell, who performed at Bethel with Levon Helm in 2007. The concert will take place August 12, 2011.
Kid Rock Coming to Bethel
Updated by Randy Regan on 6/7/11 at 10:10am ESTConcert Announcement: The artist that has transformed his career from rapper to rock star to a semi-country artist will be performing in Bethel this summer. Unfortunately. we do not have a confirmed date, but we are working on it. Yesterday, he announced a concert in Detroit for August 12, 2011 with Sammy Hagar and The Wabos. Kid Rock is also on tour with Sheryl Crow this summer, we expect to see one of those two artists in support.
Update: In a press release this morning, Bethel Woods has confirmed that Kid Rock will be performing at Bethel Woods. His performance will take place on August 17, 2011. No opener or guest has been announced for this show.

BWMAF Update and Upcoming Museum Exhibit
Posted by Randy Regan on 4/22/11 at 12:30pm ESTConcert Update: Bethel Woods announced in a press release this morning, that campers and counselors from Rock 'n' Roll Fantasy Camp will be opening up the Bethel Woods Music and Arts Festival. This years counselors include Mark Hudson, Sandy Genarro, Rudy Sarzo, Teddy Andreadis, Kip Winger and Kasim Suton and special guest star Leslie West from Mountain. You can still sign up for RnR Fantasy Camp at their website and have a chane to learn with legends and perform at Bethel Woods.
Museum Exhibit Update: It seems that Bethel Woods will have a new exhibit called "Strange Kozmic Experience". This exhibit is supposed to run from July 14 - October 30th. It was recently on display at the Grammy Museum. Strange Kozmic Experience that profiles The Doors, Janis Joplin and Jimi Hendrix.
